According to a historic advertising slogan you can buy everything at Harrods “from a needle to an elephant”. Only the search for an A. Lange & Söhne watch was previously in vain in the luxury department store founded in 1834 by Charles H. Harrod. This gap has now been filled in the most impressive way.

Since 7 November 2011, timepieces from the traditional Saxon manufactory have been showcased in the new “Fine Watch Room” of the famous department store on Brompton Road in a shop-in-shop solution. In an environment which in every detail reflects the personality of the brand shaped by its claim „state-of-the-art tradition“, watch lovers can now experience the handcrafted timepieces with the „Made in Germany“ quality seal even more intensively.
For Jacques Thomas, A. Lange & Söhne Brand Manager Western Europe, this is an important step for the development of the brand in the United Kingdom: “By opening the sales floor at Harrods we can offer our numerous international and regional customers in London a representative collection of our brand and the best possible advice.”
