Description

The second part of the trilogy, Defy Classic AIR, available in a limited and numbered edition, takes us into the world of aviation technology.

This collection is a black-sheathed thoroughbred inspired by the straight lines of a Falcon equipped with SC F calibres reinforced with ZENITHIUM®, an exclusive alloy three times harder than stainless steel, which combines titanium for strength, aluminium for its torsional properties, and niobium for its shape memory.

As a tribute to our great historical chronographs, for the first time, we have added the Flyback function, a characteristic of aviation chronographs, equipped with the Manufacture’s El Primero movement beating at 36’000 vibrations per hour.

The tapering recalls aviation design codes: the profiled wing of a plane can be seen on the escapement bridge, the small second counter, the winged guilloché of the dial and the central stitching of the strap in the Defy Classic AIR, which is water resistant down to 300 metres, and has a red chronograph hand that contrasts with the black dial.
