Description

LES HEURES DU MONDE® renovates the concept of the world timer, whose readability and
user-friendship have been improved thanks to numerous technical innovations; the key ones
being the following:
1. This timepiece is equipped with a rotating city disc with 24 cities, one from each time zone,
but the hour is read on a 12-hour scale (as opposed to all other worldtimers which have a 24-
hour scale)
2. It has a main day/night indication which acts as local reference for the traveller as well as
an individual day/night indication for each time zone on the city disc. This is a unique feature.
3. The movement is fitted with a date that changes automatically when crossing the date line
and this is a world-premiere.
4. It is only worldtimer to take into consideration Daylight Saving Time.
5. It is the only worldtimer that allows to move backwards when travelling to the west and forwards
when travelling to the east.
