And for this reason, the new Montblanc Profile Lady Elegance Etoile Secrète was designed less to create a grandiose impression than to provide a style statement based more on subtlety and discretion. The pavé diamond setting on the red gold case and dial is reminiscent of virgin snow on an Alpine peak, the elegant arc of countless minuscule diamonds of a shower of shooting stars, with the extraordinary Montblanc Diamond resplendent as the most radiant of them all. Given a scene like this, there are no limits to the imagination, but the true emotions linked to the watch will remain the secret of the woman who wears it on her wrist.

The fine art of jewellery making in a limited edition

The Montblanc Profile Lady Elegance Etoile Secrète is a veritable jewel, limited to a tiny edition of just ten watches. Each of them is an expression of enormous creativity and craftsmanship, which in the hands of a master jeweller has been transformed into a work of art. The diamond pavé runs almost seamlessly from the left side of the bezel through the dial and onto the other side of the bezel. Setting the stones on the fine, resilient mother-of-pearl dial is a particularly difficult and delicate task. The result, when the sparkling fire of the bright white Top Wesselton diamonds contrasts with the iridescent shimmer of the mother-of-pearl dial, is all the more impressive. But the stone that outshines them all, at 12 o'clock, is the exclusive Montblanc Diamond, which has 43 facets in an arrangement protected by patent and cut in the shape of the Montblanc emblem. Rotating above this exquisite backdrop is a pair of golden hands, which are powered by a high-precision Swiss-made quartz movement. This elegant little piece of jewellery is worn on a white brushed satin wristband secured by an 18 K red gold pin buckle.
