Description
The MAYU Palladium from Moser has a more distinctive appearance. A subtly accentuated dial with unusual colouring imparts an even more radiant elegance to the watch. The case of this watch is manufactured entirely from palladium, a hard, brilliant white and very rare precious metal with its own characteristic lustre. Exceptionally elegant in its design, the MAYU Palladium is only 9.3 mm thick and is equipped with the typical Moser large pocket watch seconds hand. A large spring barrel provides a power reserve of at least three days. High exclusivity is also assured by the typical, interchangeable Moser escapement module guaranteeing longevity and ease of servicing. A world-first is the execution of the escapement of this watch with a Straumann double hairspring and the use of an escape wheel and pallet fork made of hard white gold.
The Cal. HMC321.503 MOSER MOVEMENT is a hand-wound movement with a diameter of 32 mm and incorporating the Moser tooth system in the entire wheel train. True bevel wheels in the winding system provide smooth, low-wear operation – a world rarity in wristwatches. Also traditional for Moser is the arrangement of the fourth and third wheels under a common bridge. Cut-off and polished edges, a sun pattern ground finish on the plate and bridges, and Moser ground stripes, also emphasize the intrinsic value of this movement.
Three-part case in solid palladium, the watch and jewellery metal of the 21st century. Discreetly convex sapphire glass and sapphire see-through back, crocodile leather strap, solid palladium clasp.
