Description
The Saqra Repetition Minute has been created in collaboration with Christophe Claret.
Each hand made piece of pink or white gold is engraved with a musical instrument.
The mechanism strikes the hours, quarters and minutes on demand.
The gongs are struck by two hammers (hours and minutes) producing different sonorities.
A low pitched gong for the hours and a high pitched gong for the minutes.
Alternating strikes of these hammers create the sound for the quarters.
