Description

Sensual yet highly architectural, this timepiece has been designed with the utmost attention to detail. Inspired by the princess cut diamond, the case is formed of CENTURY sapphire, an exceptional material whose secrets are closely guarded in our workshops, with 16 facets that each creates its own display of reflected light that shimmers around the mother-of-pearl dial. The diamonds emphasise the curves of the case and play their own part in this flamboyant concerto, by contributing to the rigorous, strong lines and evoking both the finest elements of Art Deco design, and the gold décor of La Scala in Milan and the Palais Garnier in Paris.

Set with 37 diamonds, SCALA can perform a costume change too: this spectacular wristwatch is available in either white gold or red gold. A particularly sophisticated design detail is the way in which the tone of the CENTURY sapphire matches the colour of the precious metal.
