Designed for businessmen and decision-makers, the Classima Executives by Baume & Mercier welcomes a collection in a metal as precious as the time it measures. Clothed in yellow or red gold, this new edition draws its harmony and elegance from the classic and timeless values of traditional watchmaking: a medium-sized (39 mm) round case, a mechanical movement, Roman numerals and hour-markers, along with a black alligator leather strap. But like all Baume & Mercier watches, the new Classima Executives Gold models are distinguished by the modern interpretation of their design and the attention lavished on even the slightest details. The slightly spherical shape of their case ensures peerless comfort on the wrist. The dial is meticulously guilloché-patterned with stripes evoking those of a three-piece suit, and the transparent case-back reveals the traditional decoration of the movement parts: circular-grained bridges and an oscillating weight snailed and adorned with a Côtes de Genève motif.
These new models are driven by extremely reliable and accurate mechanical movements, and some feature useful complications such as dual time-zone or power-reserve displays.
