This unique piece is part of the Animal World Collection; 150 High Jewelry pieces especially created for Chopard’s 150th anniversary. Jewelry Watch par excellence, in white and pink gold set with brilliant cut diamonds and kite cut yellow sapphires, it stands as a perfect example of one of the brand’s main specialties.

Present at the event were both Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele and Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard’s Co-Presidents, who shared honors on the set. Karl-Friedrich Scheufele spoke first and reminded the audience how this award was mainly the result of his sister Caroline’s energy and creativity. In just a few years, she indeed succeeded in making Chopard an equal to the most prestigious of jewelers. Appropriately, Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele was also the only woman honored that night.

Chopard’s last award at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie dates back to 2006, when the L.U.C XP gained the Jury’s favors in the Extra Flat category.
