The uniqueness of its timepieces, their high level of complexity and exclusivity, as well as the fierce independent mindset of the brand’s founders, demanded the ability to fully control the entire watch manufacturing process. Within a decade, Roger Dubuis succeeded in establishing one of the sector’s most compelling and accomplished movement manufacturing workshops, equipped with over a hundred state-of-the-art machines, where every watch is assembled and finished by hand. This glorious facility, housed in a stylish building in Geneva, is one of the very few true Swiss watch Manufactures. It is within these glass walls that Roger Dubuis masters the full range of techniques and processes involved in the manufacture of its movements and, as a result, produces virtually all their components. This expertise extends to the in-house development and production of the most complex and critical part of the movement, the balance and spring assembly. The mechanical heart of a movement, it is responsible for the accuracy of its rate. Only a handful of watchmakers can lay claim to this degree of mastery.
