As Chief Executive Officer of the Ralph Lauren Watch and Jewelry Co., Guy Chatillon is overseeing one of the most anticipated product launches to have occurred in the watch industry. He is uniquely qualified to lead the Company that is an equal partnership between two respected leaders of the luxury industry, Richemont and Polo Ralph Lauren, having previously contributed to build Piaget into one of the world’s most prestigious watch and jewelry brands.

Guy Chatillon earned a Master of Sciences degree in Economics from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. During his studies, he was selected to work at the prestigious World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland, assisting top political leaders and CEO’s during the conference.
In 1990 Guy Chatillon began what would become a celebrated 18-year career with Piaget. Working first as a Product Manager within the Marketing Department, he gained a crucial understanding of how new products were launched and marketed. He went on to become Area Sales Manager for North and South America and the Caribbean, where he was responsible for an impressive growth each year.
He then became Business Development Manager for North America and Europe in 1995. In this role, Guy Chatillon defined the overall marketing strategy and supervised operations for two of the company’s most high profile markets. He also successfully spearheaded the opening of Piaget’s first flagship boutique in the U.S. on Fifth Avenue. Three years later, he was promoted to Commercial Director with responsibility for global brand sales and distribution strategy. He oversaw a major restructuring of the firm’s operations in the U.S., Asia and Middle East, and guided Piaget through the challenging crises of SARS and September 11th.
In recognition of his achievements, Guy Chatillon was promoted to International Senior Vice President of Piaget in 2002. Working directly with the CEO and overseeing Piaget’s 16 Brand Presidents around the world, he led the Company’s global sales, distribution, operations and retail strategy. Over the course of six years, he significantly expanded the number of Piaget boutiques and helped evolve the brand for a new generation. His efforts earned him a solid reputation within Richemont and have made him a highly respected leader in the industry. Guy Chatillon resides in Geneva with his wife and two children. He is passionate about sports, traveling and wines. He also holds French and British citizenship and speaks French, English, Spanish and German.
