Repairs

Thanks to regular training with the manufacturers, LES AMBASSADEURS’ watch specialists are qualified to conduct most common repairs immediately. They also carry a very large stock of spare parts for most Fine Watchmaking models and brands.
In the event of complex repairs, models are immediately sent to the manufacturers in order to obtain a detailed quote. Due to the close relations that exist with their partners, LES AMBASSADEURS’ watchmakers enjoy the benefit of privileged treatment for their clients, guaranteeing the shortest time possible for repairs.


Personalisation

Be it personalising your watch with an engraving, creating a unique strap or bracelet, renovating a gemstone, working out the best way to use a stone, or creating an exclusive piece of jewellery, our specialised craftspeople will be able to answer your every need.


Maintenance and refurbishing

LES AMBASSADEURS’ workshops enjoy the benefit of ultramodern equipment for the maintenance and refurbishing of your jewellery and watches, to ensure that they are as beautiful when you get them back as the day you purchased them.
From changing the battery to a complete overhaul of a movement, from a simple clean to a complete refurbishment, our Customer Service technicians guarantee optimal, quick service.
Additionally, a choice of several thousand original wristbands, ranging from leather to precious metals, mean you can change your “look”, as you please. Wristbands can also be entirely custom-made for you by the best artisans in the business.
